World's Finest Feature Film, What Might Have Been

After watching Dick Cavett's interview with the late Christopher Reeve from 1992 on the Decades TV network this morning, I'm thinking that a World's Finest movie with Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne/Batman and Chris Reeve returning as Clark Kent/Superman would have been a better follow up to 1992's Batman Returns than 1995's Batman forever. I think that movie would have done well at the box office. What might have been had Chris not been injured in that horseback riding accident in 1995.
